        I am not surprised by the comments in here...I almost never return parcels, however this time I had to due to a fault. The manager was very rude not even explaining me how to do it. He claimed that the Evri (Hermes) service is provided by him for free. After that he changed his mind saying that he gets 3 pence per parcel. He put me to buy celer tape from his store saying that everything is expensive and he will not help me to fix and wrap the parcel. He also didn't mentioned that the note is not registered by him and it has to go inside so I had to open it again.... Extremely rude, no manners, no customer service. Zero interest for people and community! Do not go there and shop!!!! Plenty of options arround!
