        Ordered on Deliveroo a vegan meatless meatball marinara. They sent real meatballs. This is disgraceful that they aren't following food standards guidelines and don't contact to check on a major issue. If someone was allergic to something this is very dangerous, while giving people meat when they order vegan options, or if someone has religious food choices is abhorrent. I contacted their area manager who was not particularly helpful, and I don't see how they are going to prevent major issues like this in the future. I have reported them to the FSA too!

        Staff are very rude to customers, the give a little salad and sauce. Even when people ask for extra its still not good. Not a good taste at all,

        Waited 15 minutes till 9 o'clock for it to open and being told not ready for 15 minutes. So now waiting again.
