Closed and shutters down at 3pm. Website clearly says open until 3:30pm

I will never be using this post office again. I run a small business and pre-pay and print my postal labels online. Every time I take my parcels here, there is always 1 or 2 labels that 'won't scan', they tell me there is an issue with the QR code so I end up paying again for postage to save me going home and back again. This never happens at any other post office. This happened again last week, I did not pay for postage again and took to a different branch, they scanned it no problem at all. They are scamming people to make more money as they don't get a cut if you pre-pay your postage online!! Will never be using this post office again. Always a grumpy service and often close at random times during the day.

I use this branch all the time, especially over the last year, staff are friendly 24/7 and always bare with me since I post a lot of items, and they never rush me at all. They're Post Office, not Royal Mail, a lot of people in other reviews are complaining about them not scanning or not being able to send through certain services but that is because of the company rules, not the staff.
