Cant get through to make an appointment just keep getting your call cannot be completed

Got into a pretty bad motorbike crash recently, been trying to contact the past few days to no success. Got put on hold for over 30 minutes, then hung up on when someone picks up without saying a word. Worst gp practice Ive ever been with. Idk how they are legally allowed to be a gp.

phone consultation with a doctor went straight to voicemail. It took 25 minutes to get through and they told me my appointment was marked as finished and refused to put me through to the doctor or ask the doctor to ring me back. They told me to book another phone consultation. Round and round in circles?? of course! And this counts as a missed appointment and the patient's fault. The reception staff are extremely unhelpful. This medical centre is not even worth one star. No wonder cancer in on the increase! You will be at stage 4 by the time they pick up the phone!

Everyday I phone the GP surgery at 8 am and the phone lines are never on. I have made previou complaints to the surgery Director but although I am assured they work from 8 am the phone lines are never on. Today the phone line is off and its now 8:15. This is an absolute joke as youre unable to walk in to book an appointment. This Surgery needs new management asap or an investigation.

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the medical staff and reception staff. I have always managed to get an appointment. They have always been very friendly towards me and have been very understanding when I have been through difficult times.
