Staff seem to work hard, but don't seem to be trained well. This will be due to the management. For example, during the fire neighbours had to dial 999 as staff did not know the emergency number, you will also hear staff shouting at residents if you stay around, not surprising as some of the residents seem to need more help than this place offers. I.e. they need a higher level or different level of care.
There are, at least, weekly attendance by the emergency services, usually after residents have attacked each other or staff with residents being taken to hospital by ambulance regularly.
There is normally constant screaming and swearing coming from the property, broken windows boarded up, smashed furniture and soiled mattresses left out by overflowing bins.
The manager at this time is never available and doesn't do what she says.
Although there are some nice staff here the poor management and disregard for the community means there are a lot of neighbours upset with having to live with this situation on a daily basis.
