        Great customer service to begin with was told when we chose our car it would come with a full month's mot but when we got the car it didn't get its mot and it was pulling. When tried to email and discuss the issues I was fobbed off. Would not go back.

        Staff really friendly but car is a nightmare only had the 3 and half months and the front passenger tire keeps going down the exhaust has fell off and no reply from them yeah you'll repair at cost price and have to bring it to you and you'll send a puncture repair kit I'm no liar

        The guys at Durham cars4u went above and beyond to get me sorted with my new car. There customer service is excellent, no messing around. I will be going back to these guys when I want to upgrade on my car again. Honest and reliable I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
