        Emma is a great teacher and really allows you to build up your experience at your own pace. She is extremely knowledgeable and after several breaks and injuries to my arm and shoulder, making some of the pilates moves almost impossible, Emma always came up with a variety of different options for me , which took my injuries into account. Her classes were an integral part of my rehabilitation and my recovery rate was much faster than expected.
