The reception team were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable and listened too The vet was very caring and took her time with Archie she was compassionate and explained everything to us.. The availability and the opening times are very helpful.

Im so upset and disgusted with my experience at vets4pets. My dog has been back and forth to vets past couple of days they was just giving him overpriced antibiotics that made him seem even worse. They said it would be 2 grand just to have a proper look to see whats going on which me alone u could not afford, family and friends managed to give some help and we called the vets back yesterday saying we can pay for the surgery and that we needed an appointment that day as it was urgent he hadnt ate in a week and was so weak and unwell! But they told us we couldnt get an emergency appointment they told us to come this morning at 9 but unfortunately he couldnt hold on any longer my baby took his last breath at 4am this morning. If someone is worried about their pet and say it is an emergency you need to listen to them and do something!!!! Vets4pets dont care about the wellbeing of your pet they just care about the money its evident.
