I have had awful experiences with Bexhill motoring centre since the day I bought my car. An hour after driving it off the forecourt the engine light appeared and the car started to experience problems. The companys customer service is unprofessional, they fail to respond to emails and have been very argumentative. I lost all faith in the car and the business and I wouldnt want anyone to endure the experience I have had to with them. When I purchased the car months ago I was promised they would arrange to have the spare key posted to me. This has not happened so my car only has one key. After attempting to email them regarding this my emails have been ignored

Purchased a car from Chris at the Hailsham site who was very polite and Im very happy with my purchase. He is a good sales person and went through every aspect of our purchase to make sure we was 100% happy before I drove away. I would definitely purchase from them again.

After talking to Dan on the phone I knew I was in safe hands, a hassle free no, pressure way of doing business. The fact I was prepared to drive over 2 hours from Essex to Bexhill speaks volumes. The car was exactly as described and had been fully prepared for my test drive. Once the deal was sealed the admin was professionally handled and I think it's fair to say both parties were happy with the part exchange deal we arrived at. Would use this dealership again without hesitation, Dan and Kia were both a pleasure to do business with and a welcome tonic in this age of faceless internet pop up car dealers.
