        After waiting a month for a slot it was cancelled at 17:10 on the working day before. Next appointment 3 weeks later. I declined and gone elsewhere. Totally unacceptable! Should have their franchise removed.

        Always great service, for the car and me. Friendly staff. Coffee and tea offered. Car washed and hoovered which is a plus. Highly recommend.
