Totally brilliant! I would give a million stars if I could!
I had lost 2 incredibly sentimental rings down the side of my very robust recliner. Graham and Mark between them spent a good 2 hours carefully disassembling my chair and searching until they found them. The effort was amazing, Im sure many other companies would have just given up when they had found the first one and the second remained so elusive.
I really cannot recommend this company enough.
