Nostalgic reminder of the Hastings cricket ground that used to be here before they built the Priory centre. Shame it was demolised as it held first class matches and nothing nearby replaces that level of cricket. Famous players including WG Grace, Jack Hobbs, Denis Compton and Don Bradman to name a few. Teams who had played there included South Africa, MCC and the England Womens cricket team.
