Nice fresh food But the waitress was so rude her attitude was terrible Once when asked to clarify the menu and again when asked for 2 scoops of ice cream instead of one even though we were prepared to pay extra Her loss -we are generous tippers if we receive good service

The food is the best Thai food around for miles. I live in Hastings and even go there for take aways, because apart from the quality, Thai Chava is best value for money. Ok, there have been comments about the waitress, she is a bit 'Basil Fawlty', but we like her, because she is very efficient and committed to serving everyone, not just you, and also because the food is so good it's easy to ignore. I say, if you love Thai food, go there! Dietary restrictions: The waitress always ensures she asks about food intolerances.

Ordered takeaway from Thai Chava, have to order early as they have only limited slots. Food, as usual, was excellent well cooked good portions and great value. Have eaten at the restaurant in the past and whether you eat in or take away, you can't fault the quality. Its not the most luxurious of surroundings but clean and functional. Friendly staff and great service.
