        Trying to book a taxi but the man on phone doesnt seem to be able to speak clearly and I have no idea what hes saying. He then decides to hang up on me 3 times in a row! No booking, no text confirmation!

        Appalling customer service. Was hung up and sworn at after a mishearing on times and would not receive my call. Ive never experienced customer service like this.
