Been using them for a couple years. Recently started overcharging big time. You'd think they'd slow down a bit especially for loyal customers. That was the first reason I stopped using them. Thought I'd give them another chance a couple weeks ago as it's not like we tip them often. Got into the car and the driver breaks real hard, my mum tilted forward and hurt her neck. When she said this, the driver said in a frustrated tone - "Well I had to break or he would have crashed into me." Okay, not even an apology for hurting a loyal customer. Not only all this, I got pretty sick of the male driver (not Brian the owner I think?) Who is constantly miserable and never bothers to answer you when you're clearly trying to start a conversation. Again, we are very loyal customers remember and used them all the time. As if that's not enough, the female driver who breaked too hard and hurt my mum seems really two faced. One moment she's laughing and joking with you and being friendly, next she's blatantly overcharging a wait and return. 22. It's usually at the most 16. I've been in the shop way longer while they wait before and it's never been that much. And she literally guessed the price anyway because she said she turned the meter off. Might not seem enough to complain about to most people, but remember the money we've given them over the last two years and never called another cab firm. They don't appreciate loyalty and are just greedy to be honest. And not very nice people overall. Shame Brian retired, he was the nicest one. Even he agreed with me.. won't be using again. And literally everyone I know knows about them now. So they've lost a lot of custom. Try being genuine people and not so greedy and ignorant.
