Not sure if this service still exists. I booked an 8-seater Taxi for my group for a Christmas party 5 days in advanced. I received a confirmation email after the booking had been placed. I assumed as the email confirmed all the details correctly that this would be finalised and my group would be in safe hands. Unfortunately the booked time came and there was no sign of the taxi. After waiting a little longer in case they were late, I tried several times to phone them and there was no answer for any attempt. I assume this service no longer exists, but if it does then this is the worst service I have had. A week later and still no contact from this company. Avoid. Update:Managed to contact the company via Facebook messenger and they explained that they did not realise their email service was experiencing problems over the Christmas period. They were very apologetic. I have changed my review to a three star Edit: Original review posted December 2017 but noticed spelling mistake and changed it today. Matt
