        I pre-booked a taxi in the morning for the late afternoon with 30 mins grace to be able to catch a train. 5 and 15 mins after the booked time I called them again to be told they had missed the booking and something wasnt now available for the next 30 mins, so I missed my train and was stuck

        I've been waiting for over 40 minutes now for my taxi booked it at 7am for 8.05am it's nearly 9am they have only just called me to say it's on its way not even giving me a discount they are lucky I don't work in an office...
