Sedlescombe House

I wish I could give a 0 stars review. This used to be a really good surgery but unfortunately has gone significantly downhill. The reception staff are incredibly RUDE and you just cannot get an appointment at all. The receptionist staff prevent you from getting medical attention from the GP because they won't book you an appointment. The staff need to be retrained in customer service and kindness.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the surgery they seem to get a bad deal from reviews but the receptionists and Sarah Terri doctor Lewis and the nurses have been really good as a family we have all needed help in last 3 weeks and we have all had phone calls/ appointments and treatment for different things so thank you so much seedlescombe house .

I've always received excellent care for myself and my family. They are a kind and caring surgery and are always helpful. I think the surgery provide an amazing service considering the pressures the NHS and GP's are facing.

An outstanding team at Sedlescombe House Surgery! They go above and beyond and show care and empathy always. They are always welcoming and make visits stress free. Cant thank them enough for all they do.

Worst surgery ever for any proper advice or care, especially peri menopause or mental health! Dr Lewis is worse than useless and has told me the locum doctor is out of her depth when she prescribes anything!! She just wont help you full stop! How the hell do you get proper menopause help in this town!!!
