Lauren Whiting- Sports Massage Therapist

I was recommended to Lauren and she is amazing!! She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed . I have an all over massage which is just fantastic. I teach fitness and it's so nice to take an hour out of a busy week just for me. Lauren will also work on parts that are giving you trouble so my neck and shoulders always get an extra pamper. Totally recommend to anyone !!!

I have visited Lauren for the past couple of years. She has helped so much with all of my aches and pains. I always feel ten years younger after my massages! I really couldnt recommend her highly enough - money very well spent!

I cant recommend Lauren highly enough - Ive been going to her for several years now with anxiety-induced muscle pain and she has made such a difference to my neck, back and shoulders! She is always so considerate and genuinely cares for those she works with - she moved heaven and earth to fit me in when I damaged my neck decorating! Lauren is just amazing!

I count myself extraordinarily lucky to have found a massage therapist like Lauren. I have lived in Bexhill for less than a year, but have been missing my therapist in London so much. I thought that she was irreplaceable until I went to see Lauren last week. The treatment was tailored to my problem areas and skilfully executed. When I spoke to Lauren on the telephone I was so impressed with her kindness and enthusiasm. I was lucky enough to get a cancellation so I didnt have to wait weeks to see her. Laurens experience, skill and professionalism are all very impressive, but she also has an extra talent in people skills. She really cares about her clients and has a passion for her work. I cannot recommend her highly enough although I am concerned that she will have so many clients that I will have to wait longer for my next appointment!
