Had my keys cut and duvet dry cleaned, both times served by Jodie, who was really helpful and professional. Efficient service, friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

Had some new house keys cut and was helped by a very friendly young lady, I think her name was Jade or Jodie? Anyway, very reasonable price and quick service, better than the one in Morrisons down town.

Do not use timpson shoe repairs on this site, incredibly rude, and that was the manager. I had 2 pairs of shoes repaired at great expense, 2 weeks later the heel repair fell off, I took it to them and they told me it would cost 20 to fix it without a receipt. This is ridiculous , I was trained as a cobbler in my younger days and have never experienced such rudeness when dealing with a customer, it would of taken 10 minutes to correct their shoddy workmanship, the manger even admitted that they had not done the repair properly. Left an extremely sour taste in my mouth, this is not the first time I experienced bad customer relations with this company, highly recommend taking your business else where. Sainsburys should be managing companies that operate on their retail sites. DISGRACEFUL!
