I am really fed up with the amount of litter, especially plastic bottles, that these studends throw away on their way home from school in the afternoons. I walk my dog along Hillside Rd every afternoon and end up picking up so many bottles and putting them in the litter bin. If I can do it then these poorly educated youths should be able to do it also. How about more education on caring for the environment, how not to be a litter bug and the DANGER of plastic? I would have thought anyone over 3 years old with a reasonable amount of intelligence would know not to throw rubbish away and how to dispose of it sensibly.
