Absolutely terrible experience. Our order arrived very late and stone cold. After which we phoned up and they agreed to re-deliver our order within 30 minutes. About 45 minutes later, they said they could not re-deliver due to the managers input (who wasn't even working apparently). We spent about 3 hours waiting for food and I really do not think we will get a refund through justeat. Please avoid this place like the plague

Ordered a take away arrived 20 mins late and was stone cold paid 50 quid for 3 stone cold burgers and chips. Called the shop which said they would send a replacement meal. 30 mins later they recalled and said they couldnt send us a replacement meal as they didnt know how the food could be cold and the manager said no even though the manager wasnt there! Great service!!!! Never will I eat here again and I will make sure none of my mates will either!!!! Absolutely awful! Do not waste your hard earned cash on this joke of a business! I would be embarresed if i worked for this business.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Arrived cold and late. Rang to sort it out. They then offered a reorder which we agreed too. Half an hour waiting for the reorder they ring to say they are not doing the reorder after weve waited. Terrible management. Will not be returning

Thankyou very much for the service you gave tonight, not only in the preparation department, but also the swiftness of delivery to the door. The food was piping hot and tasted very fresh! Would highly recommend to those thinking about ordering. It's nice to know a business in bexhill is going far and beyond expectations. Thankyou very much

First time trying this place, have to say its been a horrible experience. We got our food however the order was wrong, we have rung up telling them the issues we had with the order, the guy on the phone said they never even delivered to the name that we provided nor the address we said to him.. Funnily enough this makes no sense because we got our food. And to receive a happy shopper 39p cartoon to a kids meal is shocking. Safe to say ill never be ordering from here again!
