I cant recommend Peter highly enough. Im 53 and have been having unusual menopause symptoms, memory issues, restless sleep, fidgety legs and bad joint pain. Pete assesses and discusses symptoms with total ease and empathy, he has a very calm, kind energy. He has created a tailor made menopause treatment using oils and products that will help YOUR symptoms. They smell divine! A personal, wonderful and healing touch. The menopause treatment involves face, hand AND foot reflexology. I leave feeling relaxed, de-stressed and totally pampered. Without doubt I sleep 1.5 to 2 hours longer on the days I have reflexology with Pete, bliss for any menopausal woman.

After years of only sleeping on average for 6 hours and 23 minutes a night I was recommended to Peter for foot reflexology. Peter spent time with me completing a full consultation and talked about the benefits of the treatment I was about to receive. The clinic was both relaxing and professional and Peter was so personable he immediately put me at ease. The treatment itself took roughly an hour and I nearly fell asleep several times. Peter whilst performing the treatment picked up on other light ailments that he would have had no way of knowing without being told. Since having the treatment for the first time in years I have been sleeping 7 hours and 37 minutes a night and have noticed my energy levels have increased. I look forward to continuing my treatments with Peter and seeing the health benefits that come with them. I'm booking in for a zone face lift when I can commit to the 12 week programme as Peter trained with Award winning creator Ziggie Bergman and the reviews around peeling back the years I've read sound amazing. Thoroughly recommend Bodyworks Reflexology, I have tried all the treatments from foot reflexology to all the facial treatments on offer. Peter is extremely professional and puts you at ease. The treatment room is relaxing and tranquil and the whole experience is great from start to finish.
