I have been employed by an Agency for 10+ years on an off so my work record cannot be bad .Yet this company seems to hate human interaction and like autonomous interaction over the web. Sent C.V not a word from them . My work colleague also left a telephone message yet NO REPLY EITHER. Quite soul destroying when a lot of these type of agencies want to be faceless and do not want human interaction.

Agency pay every month, every 18th of the month.. so I recently emailed them in order to confirm that I'm getting paid on the 18th.. I was informed by the agency that the client has agreed to pay us direct? Excuse me? That was agreed between you and the client? No answer.. asked if they have any written confirmation of this? No answer.. I told them that regardless of client not paying you, I started with you, under a contract which states payment on 18th of every month.. finally I got answer.. 'we only charge a finder's fee'.. we don't pay wages, the client pays you direct'. Alarms bell start to ring.. your passing the buck to client, knowing client will pass buck (rightfully so) back to them. They know full well they get paid from client.. and then they pay us.. it's how agencies work no? Right.. so where's our wages? Where? It's the 18th.. and your responsibile for making sure your staff are paid.. so where is it? You requested bank details for a reason? For payment no? So use the details given when signing up.. and pay us our wages. It seems another agency passing the buck as they don't want to pay. I understand under the current circumstances they don't want to part with money.. well who does? Is it coming from your own bank account? No.. it's coming from your insurance which every agency have. So please for the love of God don't pass the buck and give some nonsensical excuse that 'your Agency only charge a finder's fee' and that the client pays us.. if that's the case why don't they want you to go direct with client? Because they won't make money from you.. why do they think they can treat people like they are stupid? It's insulting.. now pay the wages that you are fully responsible for, as we signed up with you.. signed contracts with you.. gave payment details to you.. so please.. no nonsense.. no bs excuses.. just pay what were owed.. we are not letting it go.. and shall be persuing it further unless immediate action is taken and we are paid.
