Was classed as an urgent case, but had my appointment cancelled. When I requested for the doctor to call me, his secretary got very rude and said he is unable to call. (I was requesting a call back, when he is available). I had a prescription that was meant to be sent to a pharmacy from here, but the pharmacy never recieved it. When I called Cavadish house to chase, the secretary got very rude again and said to try the pharmacy. It is a constant back and forth. The doctor I am dealing with is wonderful and very helpful. He is understanding and listens. I would defiently recommend him.

My mother has had a stroke last year due to the constant battle and stress to be on there system to get help, numerous referral from doctors they rejected every one of them, I had to contact PALS, ombudsman and the local paper to complain about this. My mother had just been accepted and was offered support to take her out but due to the pandemic this couldn't happen so instead of putting this on hold they called her a few times and will now discharge her. Useless service they are more stress than they are help I will now be going down PALS option again as well as the papers. If my mother suffers another stroke and enough evidence to prove canvedish house are to blame for the lack of care and stress on my mother then I will also go down the legal route and take them to court.

Awful service, the Adult Treatment Service based in Cavendish House has been one of the least helpful psychological services I've encountered. They take doctor's referals before they will will accept a patient which can turn into a back and forth battle between them and the doctor of rejecting referals before they accept one. Previously I've been a patient of the service and the very little help they offer was very wishy-washy and thin, staff and reception are rude and wishy-washy and the general sense I received from them is that they can't wait to discharge you. I've had friends who also have used this service and received a sub-par experience with them too. I will be making more formal complaints against them with the NHS & Pals service because I don't think anyone should go through a battle with their mental health and a battle to try and stay on as a patient for the psychological services that Cavendish House offer.
