HAS Property management have been just amazing in managing my flat in Hastings. The whole team are friendly and really efficient. They have found great tenants, single handedly managed the renovation of the flat and always take care of details immediately. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had a terrible experience with this letting agency. Our viewing of a property overlapped with other viewings and the letting agent allowed multiple people into the property at one time, without masks. Despite this unsafe practice, we decided to put down a holding deposit on a property. We were assured we would more than likely pass the referencing criteria and asked to hand in documents within 7 days. We handed in our documents within this deadline but were then told that somebody else had put down a holding deposit too, which was bizarre. They then called and said the other applicant had been given the property. Taking multiple deposits is bad practice at best and shows the unprofessional nature of this company. Our time was wasted and opportunities to rent other properties were missed. TLDR: Unsafe COVID practices and will not honour a holding deposit. Steer clear.
