Proud and honoured to have our building managed by Arko Property Management. Every enquiry I have made has been dealt with promptly, efficiently and with the utmost professionalism even at 3am in the morning! We are currently having the exterior of our building decorated, its been a couple of weeks now but the 2 guys carrying out the works have worked to the very highest standard without any disturbance just commitment, professionalism and warm greetings. This company are rude and not at all helpful. When calling regarding work at the property I live in, the woman on the phone has been refusing to give even the most basic of details about how much longer work will take, scaffolding has been on the property since March to paint the building, that is 8 months of living in a loud fish bowl with very restricted natural light due to scaffolding blocking it. They have continued to work throughout COVID so Delays are not due to that. No one from the management company has been here or managed anything re the building and painting which has been a joke from beginning to end( not yet ended) If you call to find anything out the woman is very rude, blunt and unprofessional. I honestly have no idea how they can call themselves a property management company.
