We had DC come to deep clean our property following damage caused by plasterers. We needed a quick turn around so we could move home as the house was not habitable. The team from DC were fantastic. Great communication, high level of cleaning throughout all of our property and carpets. Friendly office based and cleaning staff and very helpful. Special mention to Hayley and Michael. Highly recommended.

Due to my son falling down the stairs during a seizure I had some blood staining on my carpet, DC Group came quickly, cleaned all my stairs and landing carpet, they were so professional and helpful, the carpet came up like new. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend DC for all your cleaning needs x

Last month I moved out of a first-floor flat and wanted the windows cleaned ready for the new owner. I booked DC well in advance to ensure the windows were cleaned the day before I moved (24th Aug). On the 24th, I waited in and nobody turned up. When I phoned DC, I was told that the appointment had been rearranged for the following week. Nobody had phoned or messaged to tell me this. The man I spoke to apologised and asked whether I wanted to keep the new date of the 31st. I cancelled, explaining that I was moving out on the 25th, and the whole point of the booking was that Id promised the new owner that the windows would be clean when he arrived. Because this left me no time to book someone else, I apologised to the new owner, gave him the money the window cleaning wouldve cost and suggested a couple of more reliable companies. Yesterday, the new owner told me that DCs cleaner turned up on the 31st for the appointment which I cancelled!!? He suggested that hed tried to come on the original date but nobody was home, which is just an outright lie. In the past, DC have done a good job of cleaning the windows and Im sure would have done again. But this experience and the farcical lack of communication (changing an appointment without telling me, then turning up to an appointment Id cancelled and blaming me for the mistake) has been absolutely shambolic.
