Dangerest electrics. Water coming though roof... Not inserlated. Freezing cold with heaters on and fully dressed in bed. Rotten warn out carpets. Never decorated..never does jobs right all ways bodg up. And ignores you when ask don't get nothing done unless get council to order him do things.. He blames everyone else is never wronge when he is wronge. He breaks his own agreements enters flats with put permission. Breaks in sleals back door key what a firer emergency escape door.. Has moved things in flat in past. Think he plans take me to court try evict me now he won what in wronge way effected my health and mind. All ways payed my rent on time never been behind for a flat what is not livible.. He has a key to everyone's flat but don't have permission or an agreement which he should have by law. .. Will be an be an eleagal eviction under all eleagal things he does..drafy cold place don't heat up electric just goes though roof..he was offered to have central heating in stored free and fully inserlate place then turned it down as don't want all Dangerest wireing seen. If wants take me court he more welcome it cost him more than he expects as I have profesanat lawyer high court who can explain all dodgy things and how things effected me.. I'll concider a companion with out going to court and give months notice happy do that. Have evidence way property is had people check who are professionals in these matters and a electrion too who stated place was firer risk Dangerest wirer these people be called to the court too if he wishes to take mater that far.. Be good go court get truth facts out have justice. Not even worth one star. The rats in sawyers are better. And cleaner and have more respect. Than what capital states have. Most his tenants are addicts who don't pay there rent.or go behind on there rent. Don't pay there bills ether.. I will up date this review more when he does right things puts things write but guess that never happen. This most done in3 years thanks to council

My granddaughter recently applied for accommodation through this letting agency and paid 50 deposit which she was told was a holding fee and was told the place was hers. Then to receive a phone call to say sorry the landlord doesn't want you in there and has let it to some one else. Rather dissappointing for her but to build her hopes up initially was very hurtful. Never received a receipt for the deposit but did eventually get money back after numerous un answered call. If you use this Agent don't believe a word they say .
