        Roof is leaking for over three months. We have been told they will update us as soon as they know how deal with it as roof is a communal expense and board of directors need to be contacted for this. After many emails and follow-up calls nothing new. Recently they Dont answer phones at all. Roof is leaking even more. AVOD! AVOID! AVOID!

        We have found Godfrey John and Partners to be proactive, knowledgeable and friendly over the last two years we have worked together. They have recently completed a major works project which we are very happy with. They have a good black book of suppliers and the team are very good at keeping us up to date with work in progress.
