Rented through this company for more than two and a half years. Profressional, flexible and willing to assist when needed. Reliable landlords. The maintenance are reliable too. Excellent properties at Palace Court with one of the best views in Hastings. Thank you again for the tenancies.

Will be leaving as soon as contract ends. Here is a list of lovely things I have observed whilst staying in roost accommodation. - first day in whilst checking in an old lady comes in complaining someone had stolen sausages out of her freezer drawer. The receptionist assured me I was living with professionals. - stayed on fourth floor - noted there is no elevator very limited disability access even on the first floor as requires to go up a couple of stairs to enter. - mattress was depressed and spring poking, also the bed makes a creaking sound at the slightest movement. - bathroom tap spurts boiling water when set on hot whereas shower is lukewarm at best - was very aware other housemates were not informed that I had moved in as there was no space left for myself in the fridge and freezer - fire alarm are very sensitive in kitchen areas - for good reason but also means oven cannot be used without the hob fan running. there are two ovens in my flat with a hob on top, and I was informed by a housemate only one of the fans were running. - the floor is uneven on the fourth floor, there are dips and slight hills - issue with structural integrity? - broken desk chair - adjust to height but will not stay at that height - provided two pillows and a blanket that look like they've been mauled and will probably get bed bugs off of - communication with house managers was slow and tedious when arranging accommodation - limited parking - which I was already aware of when I moved in so not a big deal for myself, may be for others - poor wifi signal -although roost doesn't guarantee signal but still provides wifi - this doesn't really matter if nothing ever loads up at all, you might as well have no wifi - limited kitchen ventilation - windows only open crack and if anyone cooks the smell will stay for days on end. - very small amount of mould growing in corner of shower in the caulking - Everyone on bottom floors seem to have heating on so all heat rises to top floor. Would be sweating constantly if I hadn't brought my own fan. Again poor ventilation in building. - despite being cleaned regularly all surfaces are constantly sticky. kitchen lighting is also very poor compared to bedroom lights which are good pros: - room well painted and spacious - bed, desk, chair, bin, small chest of drawers and wardrobe provided and small bookcase - kitchen cupboard can be locked with a key they provide you - was told I could have a mini fridge in my room - can't exactly carry it up floor floors tho
