Really disappointing. I bought a place, managed by them and was left with a boiler in need of repair- with no access to hot water or central heating. It took a week for anyone to respond. No one answered my calls or took accountability to try and resolve the issue. I had to source the engineer myself and when asked to instruct the work, they stalled again with no POC. Seems noone is ever actually at the office!

Disgusting agent. Unreachable in emergencies, liar's through and through. The landlord himself makes promises and never pulls through. 2 years ago promised simple paint work and nothing. Pipe burst wait a month. Boiler leaking wait a week. It goes on and on. While they go on fancy holidays their tenants live in moulding homes because they can't be bothered to do repairs. Couldn't recommend less.
