Like the worst marriage, that finally comes to an end, I have fortunately ended my relationship with Bridgeford and co, I work in a multi million pound industry with various clients and sub-contractor's, I can safely say Bridgford's are the most incompetent, useless company I have ever encountered in 30 years, I would encourage any one in conflict with Bridgeford to stay strong and don't be bullied

I actually think they are criminals. They demand the most obscene amount of money from you and threaten debt collectors if you don't pay and then they empty the funds with nothing to show for it. Im talking tens of thousands of pounds that has just gone missing. And were only 3 flats in one small terraced house!! They then ignore you, dont answer emails or phonecalls and only send letters months later with completely incorrect information. They are actually criminals we are seeking legal action to get our money back but if anyone else has experienced things like this come forward and help us get them struck off. They should not be allowed to practice.

1 star is too generous for this completely unprofessional company. Where do I start? My advice to any current customers is to check your bills carefully and query everything! All of the following are facts and can be verified. We received no service at all for the first 6 months. Accounting is chaotic. Contractors were sent from London to Hastings address with resulting overcharged bill for basic services (very questionable!). Late utility bill payments resulting in penalty charge being passed onto customer. An absence of competitive tendering. Double charged for accountancy services. The list goes on! We submitted formal complaints on 2 occasions and response was slow and unsatisfactory. There is an alleged 28 day complaints process. It took 13 weeks to receive any response from MD. In the end they did not deal with complaint but instead the MD 'resigned' services amidst the Covid lockdown! If you are a company considering recruiting a managing agent then look elsewhere. This company does not provide any level of satisfactory service. If you are a resident/lease holder then I repeat...Check and query everything!!!
