        Fantastic having a traditional post office in town. Staff are helpful and polite. Its a pleasure.

        Managed to get my passport lost, never sent the correct documents, then when I come back with the letter I received from passport office and receipt from post office, they refused to help me, saying I needed some other receipt. What more did they need - they had my reference number and I could prove I took it to them. The man behind the checkout was the same one who messed up my passport send off and could literally not have cared less.

        Shame can't give 0 star ! Old staff are not interested in doing the job they get paid to do!! Went in to get passport check and send and they said no because my son is 14 he won't do it. Shame on you bexhill post office. Went to another post office who did the renewal straight away no issues. Not sure why you employ these staff who really don't have any clue how to their job .
