There is no point in paying premium delivery because with you guys, the successful rate is 1 in 5 times. Would like to ask the manager, that butter ball the nicely resting in the arm chair. Who supposed to cover the cost of time and money i'm wasting with you? Is it short staff indeed, but lack of management as well and no minimum effort.

Always greeted in a nice Polite and professional manner, I've never had any issues with them not finding my parcel or had any damaged packages.
