St Leonards-on-Sea Post Office

This is what is written on the Packlink website. Can I Drop Off DPD at the Post Office? Yes, you can drop off and collect your parcels at the post office if you're shipping with DPD. The Royal Mail has an agreement with DPD, making it possible for post office locations to be drop-off points for DPD packages. Your Post Office is also marked on eBay as a DPD drop-off point. If I had a small parcel I wouldn't mind running to Hastings drop-off point with the parcel but not an 18kg parcel. Are you serious? Can you sort with DPD and eBay that you are not accepting parcels, please!

I often use this post office and normally am very happy with the service. However, today, for the second time in the last month I've walked down to find them closed due to staffing. So, walk home, get in car, drive to find Post Office which is open. Not accepable, people expect the Post Office to be reliable. I work in care and we don't ever get to close the doors due to staffing, it just has to be staffed, even if that does mean people miss their lunch break

Such a lovely post office ! And great staff, especially mark. He is great at his job, as are all of the members of staff there, they are extremely helpful, and always help me out when I need it, I go there most days, as I run a small business, and they are great!
