My wife and I are absolutely delighted with our new shower room installed by Neil Whiffen while we were on holiday. We left him with a set of keys and jetted off, leaving him to keep our property secure. Our old bath, which my wife was finding increasingly difficult to use because of mobility issues, together with the rest of the suite (including pink wall tiles!) were removed and replaced with wall boards, and a new suite, with a shower cubicle rather than a bath, all supplied by Hastings Bathrooms Ltd, who recommended Neil. One minor issue, a faulty tap, was quickly sorted by Neil with a replacement from Hastings bathrooms. A thoroughly professional and superb job, and we would certainly highly recommend Neil to anyone.

Neil done bathroom alterations for my mother in law and done a very professional job matching the tiles in and was punctual, professional and finished to a very high standard. He has since been back to fit a new shower and a couple of other plumbing jobs and once again a very professional job. Thank you Neil and your young apprentice.

Bath fitted, but overflow not connected causing leaks and damage to ceiling beneath. Took Neil over a month to come and fix after I had had to remove the front panel to see where the leak was coming from (and prove the overflow hadn't been connected properly, which Neil denied). In addition, front panel cracked and warped within weeks due to contact with water - material used not appropriate for a bathroom! Neil argued that this panel is not supposed to get wet...in a bathroom! Neil refused to replace or supply manufacturers information. All in all a very poor and costly experience.
