24/7 Emergency Plumber Hastings

Absolute life savers. Called them at 11pm and they were with us within 45 minutes. Stopped our flood and saved our flat in the process!

Absolutely shocking the man on the phone was shouting and being incredibly rude when we cancelled a callout shortly after placing it. 125 per half an hour awful. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I will not use this company again. They investigated a leaking toilet, seemed very confident that it was fixed and said it was under guarantee. I called back a week later to report that there was still a leak and indicated where I thought it was from. As it wasn't the original site of the leak I was told it would be a new job and incur new charges. As I had already paid 345 (125 per hour plus parts on a Bank holiday - I was desperate at the time) I said I would find someone cheaper and went on My Builder and did that. The second plumber came and told me that a washer joining the cistern to the bowl hadn't been fitted properly so was leaking from here when flushed. This was the original problem which was meant to have been fixed by the first plumber!!! Water ran from here to the waste pipe making me think this was where the problem was. The second plumber told me to contact him if something goes wrong and he will put it right. This is what the first one should have done. I was mistaken in my report of what I thought the problem was and in retrospect the first plumber should have at least offered to come out and check his work over. Expensive learning curve. Even when you're desperate get a couple of quotes and get it in writing that if the work is supposed to be under guarantee it will be checked and remedied in the event something goes wrong.
