        Fitter arrived as arranged, could not do our job due to a broken pipe stuck in the T junction. Meter disconnected. Arranged to come back next morning 9-30, no show & no response to 4 phone calls ! Fitter Dan phoned at 12 said he had phone down & would be with us at 1-30,,,,, 4-30 no show. House freezing & no hot water. Phoned Dan & the office many times. I got the pipe freed using a stud extractor in 3 minutes! Leaving the T junction to be capped, 5 minutes work. Still no show. Phoned another Gas man, all sorted no probs. Shame on you Genesis. Not recommend!!!!!! Service: Plumbing leak detection
