Cornerstone health clinic

I work a few doors down from Graham and have never experienced back pain until a few weeks ago. With increasing pain, I mentioned to a customer and she recommended Cornerstone Health Clinic. Absolutely brilliant. What more can I say. I was pain free within an hour of visiting. Would recommend to everyone. I cant thank them enough.

Highly recommend. I have been seeing chiropractors and physiotherapists for years and it never really solved the issues I had with upper back pain and neck pain. Cornerstone however, has a much different approach that in my case has significantly improved the issues I have.

After months of increasing agony, an MRI scan revealed trapped nerves in my lower spine. Surgery was apparently my only option- having exhausted traditional osteopathy and medicine. Graham was confident he could help me- and I started sessions with him in at his surgery in Hastings. On the way to my first session, I had stop twice whilst waking the 200m from the car park- such was the pain in my leg. A few weeks later, I was able to walk 5 miles cross country- totally pain free, and have been pain free ever since. Its miraculous. Grahams knowledge is incredible - his methods are different to anything Ive experienced before- and really work. He mixes a passion and knowledge for alternative treatment with a friendly and very likeable nature. Im pain free, having avoided the dangers of going under the knife. Im able to work, able to play sport with my children, and unbelievably grateful to Graham.
