Many thanks to the pharmacist and staff today .Within 20 mins of speaking to the pharmacist I 'd been seen by a nurse in the surgery and was on my way home with medication arranged .I 'm grateful for such prompt attention .

They seem to have a lot of trouble with staff and getting a pharmacist on a permanent basis for this chemist you're better off going to the town all the shopping centre at Ravenside

"An absolute shambles" would be the best description I could give. There is always a massive queue going down the road as they are completely unorganized. Went to collect a prescription they'd had for 6 days only to find they hadn't made it. They close for 2 hours at lunch with no warning. Staff smoke cigarettes outside infront of all the people queueing instead of serving them. Like everything else in this country now, it's a total disgrace.
