Little Common Pharmacy

Arrived at 8.55am waited outside at 9am assistant came out to say we couldn't come in because the pharmacist hadn't arrived .At 9.18am pharmacist finally turned up and we were allowed in i was late for work ,this is not the 1st time this has happened !

Having been to the chemist twice today to collect my prescription I was given the wrong information by the staff then spoke to a very very rude pharmacist and still no tablets. The service is very poor at the best of times but today was acceptionally bad.

Staff are friendly and helpful my only issue is that one side of the double doors doesnt open so I cant push my pram in. My pram fits through standard size doors but still wont fit through the side that does open so Im not sure even wheelchairs would. The staff will come to the door to help with your request. Not ideal though.

Don't seem to be able to run the business, tell lies about when they received they received a prescription saying they have just received the prescription, talk to the surgery in fact they had sent it four days early, out of control, putting peoples lives at risk, need a competend person to run it.

Really fed up with the service at this pharmacy. Called in today and had to queue out of the door again. Everyone in front of me was told they had to wait for their prescription. There were elderly frail customers giving up the one seat provided for other elderly frail customers. These are clearly people who need medicines urgently. I was also told I'd have to call back later. This happens every time. They had the prescription 5 days ago. It is deeply inefficient, and failing it's customers. Little common deserves much better.
