        One of the worse and its not getting any better. They say they havent got your prescription even tho they have waited over a hour and half for them to sort it out.

        Not fit for purpose. Do not use it. Waste of time. They can't dispense medicine at a reasonable speed.

        Used to be great but unfortunately with so many local pharmacies closing they are just too busy always a long queue they are no longer taking repeat prescriptions and yesterday after queuing for ages told it would be a 2 hour wait even though they had the prescription sent days ago as they had such a back log

        Rude staff very patronising just want to get my medication and leave not be judged be professional people in a customer facing role

        Being very sensible about managing current situation with pandemic. Onw way system in and out. Reminders throughout about distancing and cleaning stations in store. The trollies are cleaned by staff before providing for reuse. Seems like people are sticking with using masks
