Terrie took time and care to get to know our shih tzu, Bella, at our home whilst also being very patient with our other dog who likes to bark at visitors to our house! Terrie did a fabulous job giving Bella her first ever groom and made sure that she was comfortable and happy throughout the process encouraging us to take regular breaks. Terrie clearly loves dogs and it comes across as she is so good at what she does and gives dogs the time they need to feel at ease in her presence. Thank you Terrie!

Today was the 1st time my dog Bruno had a groomed with Terrie as last groomers started and could not finish leaving our Bruno in a mess. Terrie has done an amazing job and was so patient, caring and understanding with him. Would really recommend. And have booked up again.

Terrie had been taking care of my dog Bruno for 18 days and I can't thank her enough for the affection she has shown Bruno and her expertise on dog care and behaviour. Terrie was very professional. We met twice before the day we needed her to dog sit so that we all got to know her. Communication was great throughout and she volunteered her ID and DBS before we left her in our home with our pup. They immediately hit it off and I'm not sure he even knew we'd left! Photos arrived throughout the day (during their 4 walks!) and he was happily tired and calm when we returned. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to book Terrie again.
