I have trained with Luke for several years and can't recommend him enough. I had 2 Personal Trainers previously over the years but neither were as good or effective for my physical and mental health. Luke takes time to plan each and every session, every week is different which keeps your sessions fun and interesting but he always takes the time to check in and ask what you want to focus on. If you are interested in why you are doing a particular exercise and how it benefits your body he is always keen to explain and "knows his stuff!" He is always encouraging, enthusuastic and genuinely a nice guy. Being able to train outside in our lovely park all year round is a real bonus too.

Ive been training with Luke now for nearly a year and I wish I had found him sooner! The results have been amazing, I feel like a different person. Ive lost weight, Im more toned and feel energised. Ive never been a big fan of exercise, never really liked the gym and felt like classes never really suited me. The one-on-one sessions with Luke really help you focus and he makes sure you get the most out of each session. Each session is built around you and your goals. Not only are are the sessions effective they are also super fun too! Luke tailors each session to your needs and every session is never the same. And the best bit is you get to work out in the beautiful park around nature. The sessions are a full body workout for mind, body and general wellbeing. Would definitely recommend him!

I've trained with Luke over the last 6 months. I wanted to get to a practical level of fitness and feel more confident and better about myself. When I started I couldn't complete a pull up, now I am able to do 3 sets of 10! My fitness, mental health and wellbeing have improved so much over the last few months, and Luke's training style goes so much further than just weight training at a gym. Can't recommend enough.

I have used Luke of Live-well personal Training for years. A really helpful trainer who is always ready with helpful tips and advice to reach desired goals. Currently use him for training and advice for keeping healthy but in the past he has helped me prepare for endurance events like Tough mudder obstacle courses. I would definitely highly recommend to anyone and have done so.

My journey with Luke begann by attending his classes, however I decided to explore having personal training during the lockdown period. Luke is an excellent trainer who listens to what the client wants taking into consideration different fitness levels. He continues to challenge me whilst keeping the workouts varied and enjoyable. I highly recommend his PT services.
