Daniel Baines Osteopathy

An absolutely magical man! I went with a long term knee issue and was blown away at how he worked. I had some head trauma as a child which was linked to my posture and position I was holding. Daniel observed me walking and gently manipulated my body and corrected things I didn't even realise were wrong. He has a beautiful manner and I felt safe and reassured as soon as we met. I had seen many osteopaths in the past and had no where near the relief and progress I had with Daniel. He worked wonders on my knee and I haven't experienced any pain since! If you are wondering if you should book in don't hesitate, his knowledge, expertise and the results go far beyond what I could have hoped for! Thank you so much!

I had a foot problem before going on holiday and booked an appointment very easily through Daniels's online system. I was impressed with how thoroughly my problem was assessed and explained, and also with the treatment received. I will definitely return for further treatment if the problem persists.

I visited Dan very recently after years of chronic pain and daily headaches After visits to different specialists no one assessed me holistically and explained so clearly what I was experiencing and why. Dan Baines is incredibly intuitive and knowledgeable about the human body. I went to him with lower back pain and difficulty with activating the surrounding muscles. He was quick to trace and relieve the origins of the pain, observing the way my body moved through space as well as in response to his treatments (be advised: they're idiosyncratic but highly effective). Through the guided exercises he provided, my movement patterns and alignment have significantly improved. While some work and neural unblocking is still left, I've felt so much more at ease since seeing Dan Baines. Thank you so much.

The best and most effective osteopath I have ever seen. Daniel is very knowledgeable, ethical, direct and cured the problem in the first session when the NHS options were surgery or steroids. I cannot rate him highly enough. Roman
