Viva Movement Osteopathy Clinic

When I first went to Diego's clinic I was unable to stand upright and had intense lower back pain. An hour later I was able to stand upright and the lower back pain had reduced considerably. After a total of three visits for further treatments my lower back issue was resolved. Diego diagnosed accurately and quickly what the problem was and treated accordingly. After treatment finished Diego contacted me twice to make sure my back issue was resolved and kindly sent some advisory exercises to do should i ever need them. Diego is a very good Osteopath and would highly recommend.

Viva Movement was recommended to me by a friend after I had an accident that seriously injured my right shoulder. I was unable to work, unable to move very much on my right-hand side, and in a lot of pain. I was a bit apprehensive about the treatment (thinking it would hurt!) But the treatment was very gentle, particularly at the start, and so effective that it has not only fixed my shoulder but also unexpectedly cured the RSI that I was getting in my right hand and arm. Everything was explained to me very clearly so I knew exactly what to expect from every treatment and felt comfortable every step of the way. Diego Bertoldo, the osteopath who treated me, also identified some long-standing issues with my back and neck, which pre-dated my shoulder injury but needed attention. My husband has also recently had treatment for his hip at Viva Movement, with excellent results. I thoroughly recommend Viva Movement for anyone who is suffering any pain or stiffness, or just wants an MOT for muscles, joints and posture so as to prevent future problems.

Diego has been absolutely amazing in treating me! I had such burning pain in my arm and came to Diego not knowing what my problem was or if osteopathy was the correct treatment pathway. From the very beginning Diego was honest and thorough, taking time to accurately assess the issue and treated me for a trapped nerve in my neck. My body had a sensitive reaction to the treatments at first, but Diego was so caring and attentive to my every concern and helped me through it all. I now am pain free and have learnt plenty in order to keep healthy. I would highly recommend Diego for a professional, caring and honest approach to treatment. Thank you so so much!!!

Friendly and professional approach. I would definitely use Diego for help and support again with regard to my lumbar stenosis and management of knee pain whilst waiting for a full knee replacement.
