Been going here for around 7yrs. In those years it's seen 2 different owners who have kept great consistency over time. The place itself is an odd blend of traditional coffee/tea and cake shop where you can also eat heart-warming Middle eastern food with an opticians taking up one third of the shop floor. Anyone living or just visiting Hastings/St Leonards should check this place out it's highly recommended and one of my favourite places to go for breakfast or lunch.
