        Ok when your buying with the promise you can get a refund if your not happy with verifocals but treat you like a leper when you return them .

        Could be a lot better, staff seem to congregate near the till area - no help offered in choosing glasses. Staff can be very stand offish at times and make you feel as though you are a hindrance. Customer Service lacking if you don't take up the 30 anti glare offer.
