I fell over and my new glasses yet again. I went to LG and Mo the manager fitted my lenses into a different new frame for 20 he then repaired my old reading specs for free..brilliant. The following is my old review of a year ago with the same standard of great service. I broke my glasses again so LG fitted my current lenses into a new frame for 20. I then gave them my new prescription and 8 days later I got my new glasses at a brilliant price. As an added bonus I am being told that my new frame looks really good.

Went to the store and Ashlea helped me out so much it was unbelievable! I went in with broken glasses and came out with a new pair and she fitted my lens and cleaned them up for me. There is nothing she doesnt know about glasses and was so helpful she should be an optician. Honestly, it was the best optician experience ever for me, there is even free parking, loads of it. Why go to Hastings town centre when you can park for free in loads of spaces outside the store? Ashlea was so helpful it was a pleasure being in the showroom, she gets five stars for the customer service experience for me. She is so good she should have her own opticians!

Fantastic service and friendly staff. The premises is in a small commercial unit and consists of a warehouse along with a small showroom. Glasses can be purchased on site but they also offer bespoke lenses for frames. Lenses were measured and fitted and returned quickly. Staff are friendly and able to offer bespoke advice. Due to it being off the high street prices are very reasonable too. Well worth a visit when considering your new glasses or bespoke lenses
